Antony Selvaraj, the feisty and optimistic chairman, is the founder and patron of NIST. As a managing director he is pledged to the smooth working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. With over 17 years of experience in the field of health and safety, Antony's expertise is Business strategy Planning and Organising by creating breakthrough ideas in emphasizing a positive safety culture in workplaces. He is a committed professional who monitors the overall running of the system with optimal output. Being a visionary, he steered the company from many a tide to a prodigious Safety Training & Consulting provider in the country.

Antony holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and international vocational HSE certifications. Gaining years of experience in Oil & gas industries from India, Middle East to Caspian Sea and Russia, he left his corporate job to launch NIST with a mission to integrate safety standards in the minds of individuals and professionals across the globe. He is a member of the world's biggest professional health and safety organisation IOSH. His attention to details and pragmatism will bring success in his field.

Lawrence Andoni Raj

Director - Client & Customer Synergy

Lawrence Andoni Raj, the cofounder and director of Client & Customer Synergy at NIST, is a hardworking and committed professional, who is instrumental in expanding NIST business pan-India in line with the founder's vision. He is one among the key contributor for formulating & administering corporate services in the landscape of Training, Auditing & Consulting. He has also planned, executed & completed multi-locational services successfully for MNC's & Major Indian conglomerates. His other achievement includes diversifying NIST service portfolio in to Engineering service related to Fire & Safety. Starting his career with Pre-Sale, Sales, Distribution, Franchising and Key accounts management, today, he has over 19 years of working experience gained from several sectors such as Retails, FMCG, HVAC and Training Industries.

A post graduate in Electrical Engineering, Lawrence holds a Gold medal in Masters in HR from Pondicherry University. His other qualification includes IOSH-UK (Managing safely), First Aid & Risk Assessment from British Safety Council-UK, NEBOSH (International General Certificate) & NEBOSH International Diploma. Lawrence possesses outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and training skills; with proven ability to interact effectively with Employees/ Client/Suppliers/Vendors and management personnel at all levels.

Director - Operations

Priscilla Arulsamy, the skilled, self-driven is the cofounder and Director of Operations at NIST. She is a driving force of the company who works with patience and determination to implement the operations on par with international quality & standards. Her assertive and optimistic approach keeps the operations commensurate with the organisation's vision. She is rather approachable to discuss various developmental ideas and thoughts and helps to understand how to tackle challenges and arrive at definite solutions.

With over 14 years of experience, she has handled several engineering projects, management and business operations in various organisations. Along with her MBA and bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, she has also earned accredited International certifications like NEBOSH International Diploma, NEBOSH IGC and IOSH MS. Carrying forward her role as Director-Operations with utmost sincerity and passion she continuously keeps learning and growing. She is an internationally approved tutor from leading U.K bodies like NEBOSH and IOSH to deliver certificate and diploma qualifications. She is a member of the world's biggest professional health and safety organisation IOSH. Her success depends on her ability to tackle the now and amiability to change.
