NIST has vast experience in providing Managed services to our clients up to their expectation. We have derived a customized process for various types of industries like construction, manufacturing & process industries.
We provide five types of support for our clients from onboarding till exit clearance and replacement as per the agreed terms.
Client Onboarding:
After the formal screening and interview process, potential candidate will be onboarded at client place. The joining formalities will be handled by NIST HR team and necessary client process would be inducted to the employee before joining.
Induction
Both HR induction and HSE induction would be fulfilled according to the requirements of the client by the HR team and NIST PMO (Project Management Office) team respectively. For any amendment in the policy, necessary refresher sessions will also be conducted and ensure the employee is aware about the happenings.
Training:
Quarterly technical training would be organized from the organization for up-to-date information in legislation, key changes in Health, Safety & Environment according to the organizational requirements.
Review Meeting:
All the personnel assigned at the client site would be periodically reviewed for their coordination, performance, CPD’s etc., The reports of review meeting will be collated through on-site person on bi-monthly basis adhering to the confidentiality clause imposed by the client.
Monitoring & Supervision:
Wherever applicable, our Managed services PMO team would coordinate with clients’ core team for additional requirements like monitoring & supervision of NIST resources, sub-contractors, vendors, and others as applicable.
