Job Profile
- Handling walk-in and provide them proper guidance
- Handling Incoming calls and converting them in to Admission
- Converting walk-in’s in to Registrations
- Maintain Daily, Weekly Report, and Monthly MIS report
- Maintain Report tracker of all the record of Institute on daily basis
- Coordination with Candidates regarding their remaining payment
- Maintaining monthly Cheques cash and depositing on same date
- Maintaining stock and keeping the records of the Candidates
- Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be a Graduate with 3-5 Years of experience in B2C Sales
- Good Communication on English and Malayalam
- Experience in Similar Industry is desirable

Responsibilities
- Heading Multiple Branches through remote Management. Responsible for Team Performance towards achieving Branch, Course and Individual Target
- Managing Team with their inbound enquiries, counseling, sales follow-up, registration process, after sales process such as training/exam/result. Handling candidate grievances and queries.
- Working on team conversion ratio, add-on course registrations and consistency level
- Branch visit travel.
- Monitoring and Motivating subordinate on their performance. Conducting Frequent Performance review for subordinates
- Periodical Job based training to subordinates on Sales and Process Knowledge.
- Responsible for Team’s payment collectables and candidate’s continuity with training programs.
- Monitoring Team through CRM.
- Process amalgamation through proper coordination with Reporting Managers, Subordinates, Support functional departments such as Finance, Training & Development, Admin and HR Team
- Brand building and maintaining quality with process and candidate satisfaction.
- Timely reports.
