Responsibilities

- Responsible for Team’s payment collectables and candidate’s continuity with training programs.

- Process amalgamation through proper coordination with Reporting Managers, Subordinates, Support functional departments such as Finance, Training & Development, Admin and HR Team
- Brand building and maintaining quality with process and candidate satisfaction.

Job Profile
Responsibilities:
- Co-coordinating with Reporting Manager to promote our corporate product and services in E-marketing and direct marketing.
- Managing major corporate accounts and maintaining the relationship with existing clients and bring in new clients into the fold.

- Maintain all training materials hosted in the LMS and troubleshoot inquiries related to training course issues
- Stay up to date with the evolving trends in learning and development to provide pertinent insight and advice on LMS
Required Candidate profile
- Minimum of 2+ years of LMS coding and administration
- Experience to work in Moodle LMS, Open edX LMS will be an added advantage
