- Course Design & Development: Develop learning objectives, storyboards for engaging, interactive, and effective eLearning courses and training materials, to be developed using industry-standard tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other eLearning authoring platforms.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze the learning needs of the target audience and design appropriate learning experiences that address knowledge gaps.
- Learning Objectives: Apply Bloom's Taxonomy to develop clear, measurable learning objectives for each module, ensuring content is aligned with the cognitive levels (Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, Create) of the learners.
