Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Employee Relations Sr. Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience managing Employee Relations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, Incumbent will be responsible for promoting employee engagement, addressing grievances, and implementing strategies to enhance workplace relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on Employee Relations (ER) matters, providing timely guidance and support.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disputes through effective mediation and negotiation, ensuring fair and positive resolutions.
- Manage employee grievances and handle disciplinary matters in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of ER cases, investigations, actions taken, and outcomes; prepare reports and analysis for management review.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities and conduct inductions to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Coordinate employee training programs, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.
- Manage attendance tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
- Handle administrative coordination related to HR and employee management activities.
Skills:
- Proven experience of 3 to 4 years in Employee Relations and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Languages known: English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
