Job Summary

The Fire Life Safety (FLS) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with fire and life safety regulations across all company-managed malls and office spaces. The role involves coordinating with various centres, tracking FLS observations, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining adherence to national and local safety codes.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance Management: Ensure all properties comply with the National Building Code of India (NBC) 2005 & 2016, Indian Standard (IS) codes, and other relevant fire and life safety regulations.
• FLS Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify FLS observations, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Tracking and Follow-Ups: Monitor and follow up with all centres to ensure timely resolution and closure of FLS observations.
