Mr. Robert is a senior HSE trainer with over 30 years of experience in training, auditing, and consulting across heavy engineering and manufacturing sectors. He currently serves as General Manager – Training & Service Delivery at NIST Global, specialising in Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) and safety culture transformation. He holds the NEBOSH International Diploma and multiple NEBOSH certifications in health, safety, and environmental management, and is also an LRQA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO and OHS systems. He has delivered international and corporate HSE trainings for leading organisations across manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and power sectors.
