NIST joints hands to help the society

Charity is the act of extending love and kindness to others unconditionally. People who get stuck in a gruesome situation need extra help. The act of giving has a tremendous effect on the success of humanity.

As per the saying, NIST always creates opportunity to serve for the noble cause. Employees of NIST were always keen in doing philanthropic work. With excitement, staffs collected the funds in all 11 branches of NIST and contributed to (CHES) – Community Health Education Society, in order to transform the life of children.

CHES provides medical care, health education, psychosocial support & recreational activities to AIDS orphans. It aims in giving Child Rights & protections.

It serves free phone outreach for children in distress & for the kids who needs care, protection and rehabilitation. CHES reinforced scheme such as cradle baby scheme, micronutrient support, Psychological counselling, Psychotherapy & Hygiene and sanitisation awareness to the children.

In order to contribute CHES, NIST made an open announcement to all the branches for funding. Within a month the fund was collected in all 11 branches of NIST. Cumulatively Rs. 15,500 was handed over to the staff of CHES on 7th November 2018. In which, Vizag branch was quite fascinating & they gave the bigger contribution.

This amount is raised to conduct an event for HIV affected kids, which will be benefited to 150 HIV affected kids. CHES was overwhelmed on seeing the generous attitude of NIST employees. They gratified & wished NIST to flourish more & more.

With zeal, employees of NIST celebrated their Diwali by contributing to the orphans & bringing their lightening smile. It proves that NIST excels not only in providing safety to the society, also in engrossment of social welfare amelioration.
