All India Annual Meet & Trainer Meet - 2017
03rd All India Team & Trainer's Meet was held in a grand fashion at Head Office Chennai on 31 March & 01 April. What better way to host this gala event on the auspicious occasion of our 9th Founder's Day Anniversary. Entire NIST family across the branches came together and witnessed this annual function with joy, enthusiasm but more than that, with honour and pride!
The main objective of this annual function was to engage all intellectually, with speakers from all branches as well as departments sharing their thoughts. Watching over confident Team Leads and Department Heads, during sessions was inspiring and instantly triggered cross pollination of ideas. Indeed, a befitting platform for all to learn from the collective experience of colleagues. Highlights of this session were crisp presentations from Admin, Accounts & Finance, HR, Training & Development, MIS, Corporate, E-Marketing and Sales. A welcome move to introduce Student Loan rendering financial assistance to needy, was also discussed and presented by the service provider. Day unfolded with a splendid dinner spread with lots of cheers and chants.
Day two was power packed with battery of trainers who represent us with unwavering commitment. This handpicked team of Elites symbolize us and the brand NIST with one clear determined goal, "inspire and transform". Apparently, this was in unison with the recap video of "Our Journey So Far" that epitomizes dedication and devotion. This meeting served our trainers a unique opportunity to renew the special bond amongst selves since most of them work at satellite locations. Also, our growing NIST family, got a team experience to watch our trainer community, who are well respected in safety industry. Discussion on International Boards, Project Evaluation and Training Performance Analysis were explicitly geared towards trainer's professional need. These sessions helped great deal in further revitalizing sustained communication with trainers.
Hotel Residency as venue for the meet, hosted the two days event and it was convenient, comfortable and cosy. It's a lot of fun during the meet but momentum catches up, there is a surge of current in the air and everything gushes down to "Rolling Waves". Last year it was jubilant and festive, however Season 2 of Rolling Wave this time was, euphoric and carnival. The team behind the scene in planning and execution of this event, from beginning to end, once again proved their excellence. Finally, the centrifugal force that drives NIST is the Directors who inspire everyone with power of positivity and employee engagement. Games, gifts, dinner and dance continued rest of the evening. Truly happy moments to cherish; we do realize that happiness can boost productivity, motivation and ambition!
