Celebrating 18 Years of Excellence: The Journey of NIST Global
A Day to Remember and Cherish!
The 18th Foundation Day of NIST Global was celebrated at the Chennai office with a sense of pride, reflection, and forward-looking purpose. The occasion brought together teams across departments to commemorate the organisation’s journey and reaffirm its continued commitment to safety excellence.
Reliving the Journey
The celebration commenced with a welcome prayer followed by a specially curated journey video that captured the evolution of NIST Global over the past 18 years.
From its early beginnings to its current position as a trusted name in safety training, auditing, and consulting services, the video highlighted key milestones, growth phases, and the people who have contributed to shaping the organisation’s path.
It served as a powerful reminder of how far the organisation has come, while reinforcing the purpose that continues to guide its future.
Leadership Address & Strategic Outlook
Our Managing Director, Mr. Antony Selvaraj, reflected on the organisation’s performance for 2025-2026, highlighting key achievements, growth milestones, and resilience through evolving challenges.
He further outlined a clear strategic vision and roadmap for the financial year 2026–2027, focusing on sustained growth, innovation, and strengthening our impact in building safer workplaces.
Departmental Insights and the Road Ahead
Following the journey showcase, Mr. Robert Chettiar (GM – Technical Service Delivery) presented an overview of the Technical Services division, outlining its key achievements and contributions over the past financial year.
This was followed by presentations from Heads of Departments, who shared:
- Key accomplishments from the previous financial year
- Operational insights and learnings
- Strategic priorities and focus areas for the year ahead
These discussions reflected the collective effort driving the organisation forward and provided clarity on the direction ahead.
Recognising Commitment and Contribution
A significant highlight of the event was the employee recognition segment led by Ms. Priscilla Arulsamy (Director – Operations).
This segment honoured team members who have been associated with us for over 5 years, 10 years, and 15 years and whose long-standing association, dedication, and consistent contributions have played an integral role in the growth of NIST Global.
In a meaningful display of mutual respect and appreciation, Heads of Departments honoured directors and senior leadership, reinforcing the organisation’s culture of collaboration, trust, and shared success.
Celebrating Together
The event concluded on a celebratory note with a cake-cutting ceremony, marking 18 years of progress and purpose.
This was followed by a group photograph, capturing a moment of unity and shared pride, symbolising not just a milestone achieved, but a journey that continues forward.
The celebration continued with a lunch hosted in honour of the occasion, offering an opportunity for teams to engage, reflect, and celebrate.
