Responsibilities

• Heading Multiple Branches through remote Management. Responsible for Team Performance towards achieving Branch, Course and Individual Target
• Managing Team with their inbound enquiries, counseling, sales follow-up, registration process, after sales process such as training/exam/result. Handling candidate grievances and queries.
• Working on team conversion ratio, add-on course registrations and consistency level
• Branch visit travel.
• Monitoring and Motivating subordinate on their performance. Conducting Frequent Performance review for subordinates
• Periodical Job based training to subordinates on Sales and Process Knowledge.
• Responsible for Team’s payment collectables and candidate’s continuity with training programs.
• Monitoring Team through CRM.
• Process amalgamation through proper coordination with Reporting Managers, Subordinates, Support functional departments such as Finance, Training & Development, Admin and HR Team
• Brand building and maintaining quality with process and candidate satisfaction.
• Timely reports.

Job Profile

Responsibilities:

• Co-coordinating with Reporting Manager to promote our corporate product and services in E-marketing and direct marketing.
• Managing major corporate accounts and maintaining the relationship with existing clients and bring in new clients into the fold.
• To Support Reporting Manager in Preparing Proposal, quote and Performa invoice on corporate.
• Dealing with clients concerns, negotiation on given quote and other issues if any. If need arises escalating it to the Associate Manager.
• Managing end to end coordination from acquiring a client till the delivery of training services.
• Arranging and coordinating the training /Auditing /Consulting at client premises and NIST premises Also, ensure successful delivery for repeat business.
• Coordinating with the relevant internal team for Travel, Payment and Dispatch of required books and materials to the training venue.

LMS Administrator/Developer

Job Profile

Responsibilities:

• Need to be Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Basic knowledge in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or other E-learning authoring tools
• Should have knowledge of Virtual Instructor-led Training platforms (such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
• Manage instructor-led training, self-paced modules, videos, knowledge tests, surveys, and training resources within the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with instructional designers
• Maintain all training materials hosted in the LMS and troubleshoot inquiries related to training course issues
• Stay up to date with the evolving trends in learning and development to provide pertinent insight and advice on LMS

Required Candidate profile

• Minimum of 2+ years of LMS coding and administration
• Experience to work in Moodle LMS, Open edX LMS will be an added advantage
